Refund policy

We design our garments thoughtfully &  produce them in limited quantities. To support mindful consumption, we follow a conscious return policy.

✅ Eligibility for Return / Exchange

• Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery
• Product must be:
  
• Unworn, unwashed, unused
• With original tags intact
• Free from stains, perfume, or damage
  

🔄 Exchanges

• Size or style exchanges are allowed once per order
• Exchange is subject to stock availability
• If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued

💳 Refunds

 

• Refunds are issued as store credit only
• Store credit is valid for 6 months

 

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

• Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share an unboxing video and images
• We will resolve it on priority

All purchases made at exhibitions, pop-ups, or special offers are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
